Danny Meyer Batting a Thousand at the New Mets Stadium

Famed restaurateur, Danny Meyer, has unveiled his plans for CitiField, the new ballpark being built for the New York Mets. While rumors have been buzzing on the food blogs for quite some time that a Shake Shack and a Blue Smoke would be featured at the new stadium, we now have it on high authority that those eateries are confirmed, along with a yet to be named Taqueria, and a Belgian-style fry stand called Pop Fries. Menus are also in the works for The Sterling Club, which promises "a small-plates menu suitable to game day dining."
