Feeling the Love, Chefography Style

Julia Child.jpg The Food Network whipped out new episodes of their Chefography series last night with a tribute to Julia Child. I know the basics about Julia but it was nice to learn specifics, like how she introduced a canned-food loving country to things like leeks, nonstick pans, pepper mills, food processors and more. The episode is worth a watch, although a less little cheesy music and a little more clip love would have improved the show.

Never fear -- the Food Nework will be reairing the episode during a Chefography marathon both Saturday and Sunday. Other new Chefography episodes to appear this week will be Wolfgang Puck, The Ace of Cakes and the Food Network (they really like to toot their own horn, huh?), Throughout the week, they will also reair previous Chefographies on Paula Deen, Sandra Lee (really??) Bobby Flay, Mario Batali and more. Hey, Food Network, -- there are other chefs out there to profile besides the ones on your network, you know.
