Get Into My Kitchen! The Prepara "Herb-Savor"

Its sorta cool looking, fits easily in a refrigerator door, and promises to keep my fresh herbs live & tasty for 3 weeks at a clip.

Ummm...where do I sign?

If you haven't heard of Prepara products before, take a look at their website, which features some truly innovative, practical, and stylish products for the kitchen. Next on my list after the "Herb-Savor" is their "Power Plant Mini", a soilless indoor gardening appliance that costs hundreds less than those oversized models I have been seeing in some New York kitchens.
