Le Creuset Releases Their Newest Color

Drool.

Is it Le Creuset's durability? Functionality? Or the company's ability to accurately predict each time I want to change the color scheme of my kitchen?

The newest in their line of designer colors, Dijon, has hit stores. Despite the name, its a somewhat brighter and more lemony hue than the mustardy yellows of Le Creuset's past lines.

Last season's color du jour, Caribbean, already had me planning on bringing home a baby brother for my cherished classic Flame 6 quart oval. Now with Dijon in the works, it looks like an insta-family could be in the making.
