Join food historian and expert Francine Segan as she journeys through the past and present of our favorite foods! Programs include rich histories and delicious tastings.

Learn about special Carnival, Easter and Christmas desserts and the many influences Italy has had on America’s classic desserts. Includes a tasting of dozens of desserts and hands-on practice “sculpting” with marzipan."
