There is Such a Thing as A Free Lunch...at The Volstead

The popular food blog, Midtown Lunch, has been offered a surprising perk for its readers. For the month of May only, The Volstead on East 54th is doling out free lunches to anyone lucky enough to score a seat on Tuesdays. It appears that The Volstead wants to get the word out that they are more than just an after-work bar scene, and are offering Midtown Lunchers gratis sliders, salads, sandwiches...even lobster rolls - all for just checking out the space at lunchtime.
